Texcote Coolwall is our top selling exterior product for stucco and wood surfaces, however we also offer several other exterior options! After thoroughly repairing all stucco and wood surfaces Coolwall is applied using sprayers, typically 10-20X the thickness of regular paint. The huge difference between Coolwall and traditional paints is that Coolwall is Hydrophobic resin based instead of water based; this allows the coating to adhere to stucco, wood, and metal surfaces in a way traditional paint and stucco simply can't. Hydrophobic means the material repels water, which is the biggest contributor to stucco and wood damage. Coolwall can reduce the surface temperate of stucco by 40 degrees or more, this significantly impacts the temperature inside the home as well.
